UULA Membership Completion

We’re so excited that you’re interested in joining the First Unitarian Church of Los Angeles! To officially finalize becoming a member and joining us for the Spring 2022 membership ceremony on Sunday, May 22nd, please follow the simple steps below.

FINAL STEPS TO MEMBERSHIP

  1. Fill out the official membership form (see below) and email it to Tyler Smith (smith.tyler.j@gmail.com) by Tuesday, May 17th

  2. A UULA Membership Team member will be in touch before Friday, May 20th, to communicate what to expect for the Membership Ceremony on Sunday, May 22nd, 11am. Don’t worry, it will be very easy and thoroughly explained!

  3. Along with the ceremony ritual for new members on Sunday, you will sign the membership book, thereby officially becoming a member of this community!

Here is the membership form for you to fill out (one version is printable, the other is for digital completion).

A few notes:

  • Either form is acceptable. Please use whichever one is easiest and convenient for you.

  • If you are sharing a pledge with a partner or family member, please indicate that in the membership form under the Financial Pledge section
