With 2021 coming to a close, please join First Church for holiday merriment and a catered lunch as we thank
our staff, ministers, partners, and friends for making this challenging year a joyful one.
Below you will find the full event schedule, dessert potluck sign-up, and our Covid safety guidelines.

Event Schedule
11am - First Church Service
If you’re able, please join us for holiday worship before the event with Rev. James Ishmael Ford as our sermon speaker
12:15pm - Lunch Begins
After church service, please join us for a catered buffet lunch in the courtyard
12:30pm - Gratitude Presentation to Staff, Ministers, and Friends
We will have a small presentation to thank our staff, ministers, and friends for all their hard work and service this past year
1-2:30pm - Merry-making!
We will commence with outdoor masked caroling, desserting (see below), tours of the historical building and merry-making!

As part of First Church's Holiday Celebration of Gratitude, we're inviting guests to bring their favorite and most delicious holiday treat (homemade or otherwise!). We'll have a table waiting for everyone to place their desserts on and then enjoy after lunch.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES
For safety, this event will be held outdoors in the courtyard. We will have masks and hand sanitizer available if needed.
We ask all guests to follow these safety guidelines:
Masks must be properly worn indoors at all times
Masks must be worn outdoors when singing
Please be mindful of social-distancing
Please wash or sanitize your hands after any contact
Although we are not mandating proof of vaccine for the event,
we do believe in a culture of vaccination and ask that all guests get vaccinated before the event
If you are feeling ill, we ask that you stay home
