January Board Actions 

At its January 16 meeting the new Board of Trustees elected officers: Arline Dillman, President, Roselva Ungar, Vice President, Walt Roessner, Secretary, and Rochelle McAdam, Treasurer. New Board members are Deanna Osborn, Mitch Eisenberg and Rochelle McAdam.

The board agreed to continue payments to the Oscar Romero Ministry Coordinator for six more months while an organizing structure is developed with the help of the minister.

The Minister’s new Compensation Package was approved.

November 2006 Board Actions 

At the November 21 meeting:

The Board approved the annual budget, which will be presented to the Congregation for approval. It approved the annual meeting agenda. It considered an offer from Sunset Hall to take over their book collection as they have no room for it at Bethany Towers, and voted to have Roselva Ungar survey the collection.
